Welcome to my page, I am delighted that you are here! I'd like to share my story with you.

I was born and raised in South Africa. I loved the outdoors and grew up appreciating everything the earth could give us in its purest form. At the age of 20

I become increasingly ill and experienced debilitating symptoms. After months of countless Doctors appointments I ended up being sent for cancer tests. Thankfully soon after I received some Clarity. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Thyroiditis, an auto-immune disease where the body's immune system attacks it's own healthy cells.

The diagnosis was straight-forward, take medication for the rest of your life, until your thyroid becomes dead tissue and it would need to be surgically removed.

I was not happy about the thought of taking medication for the rest of my life and so my search for alternative options began. Little did I know then that this would change my life and spark a passion to travel the world and learn about alternative therapies.

 

I have since studied in South Africa, Germany, Portugal and the UK. Improving my knowledge on combining holistic therapies to improve all aspects of health and well-being. 

 

I believe in preventative health care and in advocating for your own health. There is truly no greater, nor rewarding investment we can make.
